Guardianship and Conservatorship Services
Absolute Guardian Care LLC provides guardianship and conservatorship services. A guardian has power over the person. They make personal decisions for the person, like medical care, or where the person will live. A conservator has power over the estate – They take care of
the person’s money and property. They handle the income and pay the bills.
These services are appointed by the court for vulnerable adults who need assistance making life decisions. Our Guardians and Conservators go through specific training and certification and follow a high quality standard of care by following the National Association of Guardianship standards of practice as well as following the Bill of Rights for Persons Subject to Guardianship or Conservatorship.
